Above starting rates are based on monthly stays of 30+ nights and
are subjected to availability. Weekly rates are also available.
Rates include rental of the unit and
amenities, all utilities, individual telephone and unlimited local
calls, TV and Cable package.
Rates vary with the length of stay, size and quality of the unit.
Additional services such as parking, is available at a nominal
charge. Inquire about our "Long-Term" rates.
Most properties are pet friendly.
Rental Terms and Payment Policy
Final payment for the first 30 nights, or
the full stay if reservation is less than 30 nights, is due two
weeks prior to the arrival date (anniversary date). Payment for the
next 30 nights, or additional period, will be due two weeks prior to
the next anniversary date.
In-house guests are given priority, but extensions beyond the
original reserved period are subject to availability. For your
convenience we accept payment by Major Credit Card, Company Cheque,
and Certified Cheque. Arrangements for Cash Payments can also be
made.
